The Trigger Tech Release modality by Lori Hamilton-Smith is a myofascial release practice in concert with intuitive energy work employed to relieve chronic pain and open blockages, improving flow, flexibility, and fitness for men and women.

Myofascial release (or MFR) is an alternative medicine soft-tissue therapy that assists to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles.

Intuitive energy work goes beyond physical symptoms to treat the person as a whole being working with the energy present in the body to enhance health and well being.
